They arrived on time to clear our sink drain that we’ve been having issues with for some time now. Apparently the clogged pipe was closer to the main line. They pulled out their 75 ft snake and got to work. Thankfully they were able clear it out without requiring additional work and at the end they provided recommendations on how to keep it clear. Now I know who to call next time I need a plumber.

Great service by Tim. My sump pump was running continuously and I called Famili Rooter for help. Tim initially recommended I try shaking the pipe and switching off the system as it may fix itself. Since that did not work Tim came and had a look and fixed the problem in an hour. Very impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor
